Do you ever worry about breaking your iPhone? No matter how tough of a case you put on your device, there’s always some risk of dropping, running over, or otherwise damaging your expensive smartphone. Until now, that is. A new KickStarter project called “cellhelmet” seeks to change all that by producing an ultra-tough case complete with a 1-year accidental damage warranty!

The ultimate protection for any iPhone 4/4S, offering you one full year of guaranteed accidental damage insurance for your device (water damage excluded).  Drop it.  Throw it.  Step on it.  If your iPhone 4/4S breaks inside of a cellhelmet – you’re covered.

The case is built from a material called TPU, and is claimed to provide the ultimate protection for your precious iToy. In fact, they’re so confident, that they’re willing to put their money where their mouths are and back up their product with a great accidental damage policy provided by Global Warranty Group. There’s no limit on the number of claims you can make in any given year.

What’s more, the case looks fairly nice as well, and includes several interchangeable back plates so you can customize its look. It even includes a cutout on the back so your Apple logo can still show through it all it’s glory!

For more information, or to back this KickStarter project, head on over to the official project page. The project has recently met its funding goal, so a pledge of $40 guarantees you a case once they’re produced!
