The iPad Air launched in over 40 countries today, and now it appears some stocks of Apple’s new tablet are depleting as the day wears on.

MacRumors:

The most significant signs of tightening supplies are appearing in higher-capacity models in some countries, specifically 128 GB and 64 GB cellular models and 128 Wi-Fi models. In a number of countries these models are now listed as shipping in 5-10 business days.

Apple’s online store continues to list November 4th as a delivery date for all models, although some stocks at physical Apple retail locations set aside for Personal Pickup are showing signs of tightening up. Spot checks for Nashville, TN area stores showed good supplies for 16 and 32GB Wi-Fi and AT&T Wi-Fi + Cellular models, however the 64GB and 128GB models were showing “Ship to Store” in most cases.

What are you finding in your travels today? Have the stores you’ve been to had iPad Air adequate supplies?
