Apple Gives You a Free ‘7 Minute Workout Challenge’ to Kick Off the New Year

Apple continues to give away freebies via its Apple Store app, and this time they want to help you keep that New Year’s resolution you made about getting in better shape. (Yeah, you remember that one…) Apple’s first Apple Store app freebie for 2014 is “7 Minute Workout Challenge.”

From the 7 Minute Workout Challenge page:

Researchers have selected 12 exercises that are performed for 30 seconds with 10 second rest intervals. This high-intensity training with little rest results in higher daily metabolism and is the equivalent of working out for over an hour – for only slightly longer than 7 minutes.

The exercises are simple to perform, and don’t require any equipment, so they can be performed anywhere!

The app guides you through the workouts, and tracks your results.

The 7 Minute Workout Challenge is available in the App Store for $1.99, but you can download it via the Apple Store app for FREE!
