HBO GO App for iOS and Apple TV Now Supports TV App and Single Sign-on

HBO has released an updated version of its HBO GO app for both iOS and Apple TV devices. The new version of the app now supports Single Sign-on and the TV app on both devices.

Single Sign-on allows users to enter their cable or satellite provider credentials once, and use it to login to streaming apps that offer support for the feature, eliminating the need to sign into each app separately.

The new version of HBO GO also now offers support for the Apple TV and iOS “TV” app, including full support for the app’s “Watch Next” tracking feature.

Over 20 popular streaming apps currently support Single Sign-on, along with eleven cable or satellite providers. A full list can be seen below. A current list is always available via the Apple website.
