Official Google Voice App Returns To The App Store

About a week ago, Google removed its popular Google Voice app (Free, App Store Link) from the App Store due to serious bugs and major crashing under iOS 5. Google has now fixed the problems, and the official Google Voice app has made a triumphant return to the App Store.

The bug fixes are the only known updates, as revealed through Google’s release notes for the app. Google previously stated that they sent in the updated app shortly after removing it from the App Store. The update was fast-tracked back through Apple’s approval process in order to return to the App Store in as little time as possible.

The updated app is available now, and can be downloaded for free through iTunes (Free, App Store Link).
