How To: Hover To Reveal More Information

In any window whilst using your Mac you can roll the mouse pointer over buttons for example in an application. When you leave the mouse pointer in place for a second or two you will notice that a yellow box will be presented with the name or additional details as to what the button in question does.

An example of this can be seen below:

This feature has been available on the Mac for a number of years and simply helps you identify a tool, button, or process which you may be unaware of or would like to know more about.
