Navigon 2.0 Launches for iPhone, iPad & iPod touch

Road warriors take note: Navigon’s popular GPS & navigation app for iOS has just gotten a serious update, bringing new features, a new interface, and quarterly map updates to improve the navigation experience.

The app now allows users to selectively load maps into their iPhone on a state-by-state (province-by-province, region-by-region, etc) basis, reducing the amount of storage the app consumes on your device.

Along with the new interface and new features, the app also includes an in-app purchase feature, allowing users to purchase packages for live traffic, Panorama 3D views, and Zagat reviews.

To add to the excitement, Navigon 2.0 is also on sale, offering discounted promotional pricing now through November 30th on all regional versions of the app. With the promotional pricing, the United States version has been reduced from $49.99 to $29.99 (App Store Link), while the North America version has been reduced from $59.99 to $39.99 (App Store Link).

The upgrade is free for existing users. For more information, or to purchase any of the many regional versions, visit Navigon’s publisher page on the App Store (App Store Link).
