Samsung Galaxy 4.0 MP3 Player Is a Dead Ringer for the iPod touch

In a move that almost certainly won’t help their legal case against Apple, Samsung released their Galaxy 4.0 MP3 player last month, which not only looks a lot like the iPod touch, but even copies its original pricing.

The Galaxy 4.0 Android MP3 player is priced at $229, the same entry price of last year’s iPod touch (and many previous years as well). The below image from Obama Pacman shows the remarkable similarities between the two products. Note that the images are not to scale, as the Galaxy 4.0 is larger and bulkier.

Of course, this isn’t the only case of Samsung’s products clearly speaking for themselves when it comes to claims that the company might be copying Apple’s designs, and almost certainly won’t be the last.
