New Samsung Superbowl Ad Attacks the iPhone’s Lack of Turn-By-Turn Directions

Samsung is once again directly targeting iPhone users with their latest ad, which they’ll be airing during the Superbowl, criticizing the iPhone for its lack of built-in turn-by-turn directions.

The Samsung Galaxy S II, on the other hand, does come with turn-by-turn directions built-in, for what that’s worth. The app also takes a stab at the fact that the iPhone 4S uses the same body as the iPhone 4.

This is only the latest in a recent string of Samsung ads directly targeting the iPhone and Apple customers. Despite the fact that turn-by-turn directions are pretty cool, I find it hilarious that Samsung, the company that “isn’t copying Apple,” is building their entire brand identity around Apple’s products. Nice, eh?
