Apple Stores won’t be the only places to host the new iPad launch on Friday. Verizon and AT&T have both confirmed through their websites that they will be offering 4G models of the new iPad on launch day as well (and will be more than happy to sell you a data plan to go with it!)
This could come as good news to those who didn’t pre-order, but still want 4G iPads on Friday. It’s worth noting, however, that stock at official carrier stores will be very limited, and that your best chance of snagging a new iPad will be to wait in line at an Apple Store.
