Apple Slashes Prices on Refurbished iPads, Now Starting at $279!

Apple has lowered their prices for all refurbished iPads today, shaving between $20 and $50 off of previous prices for each model. As such, a refurbished 16GB 1st-gen iPad can now be purchased for just $279, while refurbished iPad 2s now start at $319.

It’s unclear why Apple has once again lowered the price for their refurbished iPads, although it should come as great news for anyone planning to purchase an iPad for their mother this Mother’s Day!
