Steve Jobs Honored as One of The 20 Most Influential Americans of All Time

Late Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs has been recognized by Time Magazine as one of the 20 most influential Americans to ever walk the earth – an honor that he shares with the likes of Einstein, Alexander Graham Bell, Martin Luther King, Jr. and even George Washington.

An excerpt about Jobs from Time:

Jobs was a visionary whose great genius was for design: he pushed and pushed to make the interface between computers and people elegant, simple and delightful. He always claimed his goal was to create products that were “insanely great.” Mission accomplished.

Jobs played a critical role in the history of the modern personal computer, and his business accumen and design skills continue to leave their mark on the consumer technology world, the music industry, and many other industries besides (including architecture).

Well done, Steve Jobs, and thank you. For everything.
