How The ‘iPad mini’ Would Compare to its 10-inch Older Brother (Pics)

It’s a fairly safe bet that Apple will release a smaller version of the iPad at some point. A number of credible sources (such as BloombergThe New York Times,The Wall Street Journaland analyst Ming-Chi Kuo) have all reported on Apple’s plans for such a device – and the recently revealed fact that Steve Jobs wasn’t against the idea removes one of the main arguments against Apple releasing a smaller iPad.

The renders take all of the current rumors into consideration, including the rear camera and smaller dock connector, and provide a good idea of what to expect.
