Testing of iOS 6.0.1 Underway, Fixes for Keyboard Screen Glitch, and More

Reports say Apple has started testing iOS 6.0.1 with carriers. The bug fix, the first one for iOS 6, is said to address several issues, including a visual glitch usually seen when entering an account password in the App Store.

MacRumors:

iOS 6.0.1 should fix the horizontal lines bug on the screen when the keyboard or app folder is open, and it will also fix a problem with the camera’s flash not going off.

Additionally, the fix is said to improve Wi-Fi support, fix an issue with cellular data not working in some cases, fix a bug allowing access to Passbook details from the lock screen, and also contains a fix for the bug that would cause Exchange meetings to be unexpectedly canceled for an entire group.

Apple is also reported to be in the initial stages of testing iOS 6.1. It is not known what changes or additions will be included in that update.
