Alleged Photos of Packaged iPhone 5Cs, Video of Powered On Unit Appear

New photos allegedly showing iPhone 5Cs packaged and ready to go have surfaced, along with a video of what purports to be a fully-assembled, powered-on iPhone 5C in action

MacRumors:

First, Chinese site iApps.im has shared two new photos, one showing a blue iPhone 5C partially unpackaged and a second showing yellow, blue and white iPhone 5C units in their packages.

The video surfaced on Chinese technology blog C Technology [Google Translate] (via Sim Only Radar). The video, which is 50 seconds long, displays a red, plastic device running what appears to be Safari on iOS 7. The video shows off the pinch-to-zoom capabilities and responsive scrolling. The low-resolution video, and front facing view only, make it hard to tell if the device in the video is indeed a legitimate iPhone 5C, or simply another device with a colored shell.

The iPhone 5S, and to a (slightly) lesser extent, the iPhone 5C, have been all-but confirmed. And in the case of the iPhone 5S, it’s a pretty safe bet (collaborated by well-sourced analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, iMore editor in chief Rene Ritchie, 9to5Mac reporter Mark Gurman, and MG Seigler of TechCrunch, and more) that we’ll also see a champagne or gold color option, up to 128GB of storage,  significant under-the-hood upgrades (including a new custom Apple A7 chip with 64-bit processing), dual-LED Flash, a larger battery, a vastly improved camera, and more.

What do you think reader? Are these indeed photos of the iPhone 5C? Or, are they merely clever mockups or copies?
