Flesky Gives a Peek at Its Keyboard Running on iOS 8 – Offers Preview of Keyboard to iOS 8 Beta Users

Third-party iOS keyboard developer Flesky announced today that the company already has its iOS keyboard running on iOS 8. The replacement keyboard should gain more widespread use in iOS 8, as the new mobile OS will support system wide implementation of third-party keyboards.

MacRumors notes that the Flesky keyboard boasts improved typing speeds through the use of automated word suggestions and a sophisticated autocorrect engine that corrects errors on the fly. It also incorporates a gesture system that lets users complete common tasks such as inserting spaces and punctuation via swipes.

Flesky also invites users who have access to the iOS 8 beta to register for a preview of its iOS 8 keyboard. Users can sign up at Fleksy’s website.

Flesky won’t be the only third-party keyboard in town at the launch of iOS 8, as Bothe Swiftkey and popular Android keyboard alternative Swype have confirmed they’ll be offering iOS 8 compatible versions of their keyboards.
