iOS 9.1 Beta Offers New Emojis: Burritos, Middle Finger, More…

Drunk texts will get just that much more interesting after the publicĀ release of iOS 9.1, as the recently released beta of the mobile operating system includes never before seen emojis, including a taco, burrito, a unicorn, and the ever important middle finger. Oh, how did we ever express ourselves without that last one?

The new emoji are from the latest Unicode specification, so you should be able to flip the bird to anyone in the skin colorĀ of your choice. So we go that going for us, which is nice.

In addition to the emoji additions, the iOS 9.1 beta also includes support for the iPad Pro and its new Smart keyboard and Apple Pencil accessories. (In case you care.)

The iOS 9.1 beta is available to developers and public beta testers right now, and is expected to see a November release alongside the new iPad Pro. iOS 9 will be available on September 16th, but there’s no new emoji in that, so who cares?
