Apple Promotes the Apple TV via a Series of Short Video Clips

Apple has posted five new ads for their fourth-generation Apple TV. The short spots, all posted to Apple’s YouTube page, highlight a number of apps and games that are available on the new set top box.

Each ad lasts fifteen seconds, and individually highlights Crossy Road, Netflix, HBO Now, Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars Edition, and Asphalt 8. The spots open and close with the screen above, offer a quick peek at the app, and then quickly cut to the interface of the new Apple TV. The new ads will likely begin appearing on television in the next few days.

Released late last month, the new Apple TV boasts a powerful A8 processor, a touch-based remote control, Siri Voice Control with Universal Search, a new App Store for the new tvOS operating system, and much-increased storage space. The new model is available in two storage configurations: 32GB and 64GB, retailing for $149 and $199, respectively.

Also available in Apple Stores are the new accessories, including the new Apple TV Remote Loop, and the SteelSeries Nimbus controller.
