Here’s another freebie to help you fill up that new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus you just bought. Apple has made the Apple Design Award winning game INKS free via their Apple Store app. You won’t find the app free by going directly to the App Store, only by visiting the Apple Store app first.
INKS updates pinball for a new generation. Combining the timeless joy of pinball with physics puzzlers, INKS deconstructs your objective into over a hundred unique, tactical challenges.
Burst your way through each canvas as you attempt to complete each level without losing the golden ball. Vivid layers of ink build up, recording a visual history of your progress as you perfect your score. Complete a level in the fewest number of hits possible to obtain the ultimate goal, the star ball.
INKS has a 4.5 star rating in the App Store, and usually sells for $1.99, but by following the instructions below, you can grab it for free until October 16, 2016.
- Download the new Apple Store app, if you don’t already have it installed.
- Open the Apple Store app.
- Tap the “Discover” tab in the tab bar at the bottom of the app.
- Scroll down until you see a small banner that says “Exclusively for you.”
- Tap the Banner.
- Tap “Download now for free.”
- You’ll be taken to the App Store, where you’ll enter your password and then click “Redeem.” The app will install automatically.
Again, be sure to follow the above steps, or you’ll be charged $1.99 for the app. This app works with both the iPhone and the iPad.
