As is traditional each year, Apple will shut down App Store Connect during the holidays to give its App Store staff time off to spend with family and friends. This year, App Store Connect will be unavailable from December 23 to December 27.

The busiest season on the App Store is almost here. Make sure your apps are up to date and ready for the holidays. New apps and app updates will not be accepted December 23 to 27 (Pacific Time), so any releases should be submitted, approved, and scheduled in advance. Other App Store Connect and developer account features will remain available.
During the downtime, Apple will not be accepting any new apps or app updates, so developers will need to make sure to lock in their pricing changes and new app submissions before the 23rd. So developers planning to offer discounts or new content during the holiday season will need to keep that in mind.
Although App Store submissions will be unavailable During the shutdown period, other App Store Connect and developer account features will remain available during that timeframe.
