Apple continues to add new merchants to its list of stores where Apple Card users can gain 3% Daily Cash on purchases. Users can now earn 3% cash back at Walgreens.
The only gotcha is you have to use Apple Pay, not the physical card itself. The cashback offer applies to purchases made at Walgreens stores, the Walgreens website, or at Duane Read pharmacies.
Apple’s new credit card rewards users with Daily Cash. Users receive 1% back on purchases made with the physical titanium credit card, 2% back on all Apple Pay purchases, and 3% back on select purchases.
The 3% cashback tier includes any purchases made from Apple, including hardware, accessories, services, or even App Store transactions. Users can use any form of Apple Pay to gain the 3% Daily Cash.
Apple is steadily expanding the 3% Daily Cash tier to include additional partners. Last month it added Uber and Uber eats, adding Walgreens this week. The use of Apple Pay is required to score the 3% kickback for these companies.
