Apple TV App Now Available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S

The Apple TV app is now available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S consoles. The debut is one day earlier than expected. The app was expected to launch tomorrow, November 10. Apple TV will debut on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles on November 12.

Microsoft’s official announcement had said the app would debut on Xbox consoles tomorrow:

When our all-new Xbox family of consoles launch worldwide on November 10, you’ll have more than just the entertainment apps you enjoy today on Xbox One. We’re excited to share that the Apple TV app is coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S on November 10.

The Apple TV app gives you access to thousands of shows and movies from one convenient location, allowing you to enjoy Apple TV+, Apple TV channels, brand-new and popular movies, and personalized entertainment recommendations.

Microsoft and Sony are both releasing new game consoles this month. In addition to gaming, both companies’ new consoles – The Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PlayStation 5 – also offer streaming video entertainment, including Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Spotify, YouTube, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Peacock, Vudu, FandangoNow, Twitch, Sky Go, NOW TV, Sky Ticket and more.
