Beats Studio Buds are available in red, black, and white for $149 through Apple’s online store. The wireless earbuds boast a compact round design lacking any AirPod-like “stems” dropping below the ears, and active noise cancellation with up to five hours of listening time per charge. Hands-free “Hey Siri” support, IPX4-rated sweat and water resistance, Find My support, and a USB-C wired charging case also make the scene.
Apple this week also announced that it is preparing a celebration of the Japanese New Year with a two-day promotion that will feature a limited edition AirTag stamped with a custom-designed tiger emoji, as well as a free Apple gift card worth up to ¥24,000 with the purchase of an eligible Apple product on January 2 and January 3.
