Apple has announced that beginning March 7, Apple Store locations around the country will resume in-person Today at Apple sessions for the first time since the start of the pandemic.
Just in time to celebrate Women’s History Month. Apple invites music fans and creators of all skill levels to their local Apple Store to explore how to remix music in GarageBand, using music by Lady Gaga. During the free 30-minute session, participants will use Live Loops, Remix FX, and more, to create a unique version of Lady Gaga’s song “Free Woman.” At the end of the free 30-minute session, attendees can share and celebrate their unique mixes. “We can’t wait to welcome more of our communities back to our stores to experience Today at Apple, led by our incredible Apple Creatives,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail + People. “We’ve missed experiencing this connection in our stores, and we’re so happy that Today at Apple is back in person.”
Apple in March 2020 announced that it was temporarily pausing its “Today at Apple” sessions at all Apple Stores in the United States and Canada until further notice. The measure was a precautionary one amid the concerns over the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
