Apple on Wednesday announced plans to offer an Apple Immersive Video featuring the best of the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs that will be viewable on the Vision Pro headset. Apple says it will be the first-ever sports film captured in Apple Immersive Video. The MLS Apple Immersive Video will be coming in the near future.
Coming soon, all Apple Vision Pro users can experience the best of the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs with the first-ever sports film captured in Apple Immersive Video. Viewers will feel every heart-pounding moment in 8K 3D with a 180-degree field of view and Spatial Audio that transports them to each match.
The news came in a press release promoting the kickoff of the 2024 MLS season.

- Apple Music’s Messi: The Warm-Up is an exclusive playlist Lionel Messi cues up when he’s looking for focus in the minutes leading up to a match, telling his story (and that of his extraordinary career) through the songs that have moved him along the way, from landmark Latin pop and rock to the reggae and cumbia of his native Argentina. On the playlist, Messi says, “For as long as I can remember, music has played an important part in my life, especially on match days. Music quiets my mind, helps me stay calm and relaxed.”
- On the App Store, users can discover a guide for Messi fans, which highlights apps and games that lets them keep track of every goal, get tickets and gear, and even play like the GOAT.
MLS Season Pass is available on the Apple TV app for $14.99 (U.S.) per month during the season or $99 (U.S.) per season, and Apple TV+ subscribers can sign up at a special price of $12.99 (U.S.) per month or $79 (U.S.) per season. A subscription to MLS Season Pass will be included with each full-season ticket account. Through Family Sharing, up to six family members can share the subscription using their own Apple ID and password.
