Apple has launched a new web page highlighting celebrity content from three of its services, Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Podcasts. The page offers scrolling clickable photos of popular singers, music acts, actors, and athletes. (First noticed by MacRumors)
“Your favorites, at a glance,” the page says. “Discover more about the artists, actors, and athletes you love across Apple.”
Clicking on a celebrity’s buttion opens a page with details about the person or group, while also showcasing their content that can be found on the Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Podcasts apps, as shown in the screenshot of actress Maya Rudolph’s page, seen below.
While the page (snapshot.apple.com) offers plenty of celebrities, the design is quite basic and it doesn’t offer any search functionality, so you’ll need to watch for your favorite celbrity, if they’re even listed. Apple has not yet officially announced the new page and we don’t know for sure if the Cupertino firm will promote it in any way.
