Apple’s graphic for its upcoming WWDC 2026 event offers “a glimpse of the revamped Siri interface coming in iOS 27,” according to Bloomberg‘s Mark Gurman.
Gurman‘s comments came in his Power On newsletter over the weekend. Gurman said iOS 27 will include a new Siri interface in the Dynamic Island. He says that when Siri is triggered, the Dynamic Island will show a “Search or Ask” prompt, accompanied by a “glowing cursor” similar to how the “26” is highlighted in the WWDC 2026 event graphic.
When Siri is summoned, there will also be a “thin glow” around the edges of the Dynamic Island, as well as in the search bar of the dedicated Siri app that will be included in iOS 27, says Gurman. He has previously stated that users will be able to conduct back-and-forth conversations with Apple’s virtual assistant, an your conversation history will be available for viewing.
While Dynamic Island is a feature of the iPhone 14 Pro and newer, at least some of the features of the upcoming Siri design will likely be limited to the iPhone 15 Pro and newer, due to requiring Apple Intelligence compatibility.
