From the PDF Expert 5 App Store Page:

PDF Expert 5 is a must-have app for anyone who reads, annotates or edits PDF documents on the iPad. It allows you to markup documents with highlights and handwriting, insert text and stamps, sign and even merge PDFs. Moreover, PDF Expert is the best choice for filling out PDF forms right on your iPad.

While the overall look and operation of the app hasn’t changed, the interface definitely has an iOS 7 look and feel. Flatter elements give the app a more modern look and feel.

The app can handle various file formats, including iWork, PDF, MS Office, text and image files, and will even handle music and video files.

Files can be stored on the device, and can be loaded via the built-in Wi-Fi drive that can be accessed from other devices via their browsers, or can access files stored in iCloud, Dropbox, SkyDrive, and other online storage services. You can also save your documents directly into PDF Expert 5 from other iPad applications.

PDF Expert can also be used to fill out PDF forms, easily handling text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, and other form elements.

PDF Expert’s file management capabilities are top-notch, allowing users to drag-and-drop files with ease.

The review mode of the app allows users to edit a PDF using the built-in text editor to do corrections or make suggestions. Highlighting capabilities allow you to highlight, underline, or strikethrough text, while adding notes, stamps, or even a signature you can create and insert from directly within the app. (You can also make handwritten notes, or draw directly in a document using your finger or a stylus.)

If you simply need to view a PDF, the viewer built-in to PDF Expert 5 handles large files, supports text search, and can even handle links, and extract text from PDFs. The app can also read files aloud using text-to-speech.

PDF Expert 5 is a worthy upgrade to an app that was already a must have for users who need to access PDF viewing and editing capabilities on their iPads.

PDF Expert 5 is priced at $9.99 and is available for the iPad in the App Store. [DIRECT LINK]
