AT&T Instates Vacation Blackout For Early To Mid October

Following vacation blocks issues by Apple and Sprint to retail employees, BGR reports that AT&T has now also put a vacation block in place for early to mid October ahead of Apple’s next-gen iPhone release, expected to be announced on October 4th.

The vacation blackout will extend from October 3rd to October 14th, although BGR notes that it is common for AT&T to extend vacation blackouts when circumstance seems to require it, for instance, if Apple’s next-gen iPhone launch causes huge retail demand for several days after the launch.
