Nokia to Launch Windows 8 Tablet by June 2012, says Nokia France Boss

Nokia plans to release a tablet running Windows 8 by June 2012, reports French newspaper Les Echos. The information was reportedly revealed by Nokia France boss Paul Ansellem.

Ansellem also had this to say regarding the recently released Nokia Lumia, which is seen as a serious challenger to the iPhone’s supremacy:

“It’s a bit like a BMW Series 5. We will soon have a complete range with a Series 3 and a Series 7”

This certainly seems to suggest that Nokia have big plans for the future, and that they are trying to compete with Apple product for product. Apple currently has three smartphones on the market, as well as the iPad, and Nokia want to have the same number of offerings.
