iOS Tip For iPad: Quick Access To View Your Mailboxes

How To: Access Your Mailboxes Quickly On The iPad

When using Mail on the iPad in portrait mode you may notice the email you are currently reading will fill the screen as shown below:

If you want to access your mailboxes you can ofcourse tap on All Inboxes in the top left hand corner of the display or alternatively you can perform a gesture.

From anywhere on the page you can simply swipe from left to right to present your mailboxes and the content contained within.

To hide simply select an email from one of the mailboxes or tap anywhere on the original email. You can also perform a right to left gesture to hide the mailboxes.

Please note this tip is specific to only the iPad when used in portrait mode.
