Playing Classic Board Games Via iMessage On iPhone

Using an app that has Game Centre built in is a really easy way to play boardgames against friends, but here’s another perhaps slightly more tedious way of going about it.

Posters on Reddit (via Cult of Mac) have demonstrated that it is indeed possible to play chess, checkers and Connect Four via iMessage using emoji characters.
