First Official Trailer for Ashton Kutcher’s ‘Jobs’ Hits the Web Today

The first trailer for the upcoming Steve Jobs biopic starring Ashton Kutcher in the title role hit the web today. The trailer for ‘Jobs’ gives a closer look at the movie which earlier this year premiered at the Sundance Movie Festival to decidedly mixed reviews.

MacRumors:

The film was originally scheduled for release in April, but will now receive a widespread release on August 16, 2013. A minute-long clip was released back in January but the trailer showcases a number of scenes from the film.

The film stars Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs and Josh Gad as Steve Wozniak.

“Jobs” is just one of several Steve Jobs-related films announced in the past year or so. April saw the release of “iSteve” from humor site Funny or Die. The comedy “biography” starring Justin Long in the title role, debuted to mixed (at best) reviews.

A third Jobs film is being written by Aaron Sorkin, and should be considered the “official” biopic, as it is being adapted from Jobs’ authorized biography, written by Walter Isaacson.
