tvOS 9.1 can be downloaded over-the-air via the Settings app on the fourth-generation streaming box. Simply go to: “System” -> “Software Update” to install the update.

The tvOS 9.1 update likely includes support for Siri search for Apple Music, as the feature allowing Apple TV owners to ask Siri to play content from Apple Music was included in the 9.1 beta releases. The feature allows users to make requests to play a certain song, or ask things such as “What was the top song in 1994?” We’ll confirm the feature made it to the final version, and we’ll let you know.

The update also includes a number of bug fixes users have discovered in the first version of tvOS, and includes improvements to networking and scrolling.
