New Report Reveals Best & Worst U.S. Cities for Overall Mobile Connectivity

You probably think your town is the worst anywhere when it comes to reliable mobile connectivity, right? Well, unless you live in Hudson Valley, NY, you are wrong. And if you live in Lansing, MI, you’re WAY off!

New Report Reveals Best & Worst U.S. Cities for Overall Mobile Connectivity

Mobile analytics company RootMetrics tests cell networks around the United States, measuring reliability, speed, and overall performance, and has come up with an overall performance ranking for the cellular networks in 125 metro areas.

The metro area with the best overall cellular network performance was the aforementioned Lansing, MI with a score of 98.5%, followed by Indianapolis, IN with 98.2%, and Atlanta, GA with 97.9%.

At the other end of the wireless performance spectrum were Scranton, PA with 88.1%, Omaha, NE with a score of 91.3%, and the booby prize winner in dead last was Hudson Valley, NY with its overall score of 88.1%.
