Apple Watch Series 4 With LTE to Hit Shelves in Poland on April 12

The Apple Watch Series 4 with LTE is set to hit shelves in Poland on April 12. Pre-orders will begin on April 5.

As noticed by MacRumors, Apple revealed the dates on its Polish website. The new models have yet to show up on Apple’s Polish online store, so pricing has yet to be announced. Wireless carrier Orange has confirmed it will offer cellular service for the Apple Watch in Poland.

The Apple Watch Series 4 debuted last September, alongside the iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. The wearable has screens that are 30% larger than previous models, and boasts new health capabilities, such as the ability to detect hard falls, and an electrical heart rate sensor that can take an electrocardiogram (ECG) using the Watch’s new ECG app.

Apple Watch Series 4 enables customers to take an ECG reading right from their wrist using the new ECG app, which takes advantage of the electrodes built into the Digital Crown and new electrical heart rate sensor in the back crystal. The new feature allows users to touch the Digital Crown and 30 seconds later receive a heart rhythm classification. It isn’t known whether the ECG feature will be enabled for the Polis market.
