Apple today seeded the release candidates of its upcoming watchOS 11.6, tvOS 18.6, and visionOS 2.6 updates for testing, with the release candidates coming one week after the release of the third beta seeds.
Release candidates are usually identical to the final version of the software that will be released to the public provided that no show stopping bugs be found.
At this point in time we don’t know what, if any, new features are included in the new betas, but we will report in this space if and when we hear anything new.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users to not install any betas or release candidates on their daily driver Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Vision Pro. Instead, only install them on a device set aside for testing purposes.
