Apple to Announce Multiple New Products in First Week of March, Claims New Rumor

Apple on Monday invited select members of the media to a “special Apple Experience” to be held in three major cities: New York, London, and Shanghai on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 9:00am ET. As you might imagine, the rumor lines are buzzing with what Apple might have planned for that week.

Well, Daring Fireball‘s John Gruber thinks that Apple will announce new products on a day-by-day basis from Monday, March 2 through Wednesday, March 4, leading up to the “Experience”:

What strikes me is that March 4 — the “experience” day — is a Wednesday. So my spitball guess is that they announce all these products via Newsroom press releases, day-by-day. Like, say, the iPhone 17e on Monday, new iPad(s) on Tuesday, and new MacBooks on Wednesday. And then the “experience” will be a hands-on thing with in-person demos.

Bloomberg‘s Mark Gurman also chimed in, saying product announcements on the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of that week is “exactly” what he is expecting.

While Gurman also expects to see announcements of the new products to come in the form of Apple Newsroom press releases, with no live stream for any of the new products. However, there could be short promotional videos be made available for the new products. The media is also expected to get some hands-on time with the new products.

As is traditional for an Apple Event announcement, the name and logo provide only minimal clues for what will actually be unveiled at the event. If it is a product unveiling, you can expect the release dates for the products to be sometime in the weeks following.

Apple could use the “experience” to debut a new product or products, as several are expected to be unveiled in the coming months, including the iPhone 17e, M5 Pro and M5 Max-powered MacBook Pro models, a new iPad Air, and a new iPad. A new Studio Display and an all-new budget-priced A18-powered MacBook are also rumored, as well as a revamped Apple TV and HomePod mini.

Stay tuned.
