AppleCare One Trademark Registered With EUIPO – Indicating Protection Program Could Soon Launch in EU

Apple has registered the AppleCare One trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), indicating Apple’s subscription coverage for customers to cover multiple devices under a single plan could soon be expanding to the UK, reports MacRumors.

The AppleCare One plan was launched in the U.S. in July 2025. The plan covers multiple Apple devices with just one monthly fee. The new AppleCare One plan starts at $19.99 (US) per month to cover up to three products, with the option to add more devices for $5.99 (US) per month for each additional device.

AppleCare One offers all of the benefits that are included with an AppleCare+ plan, including unlimited repairs for accidental damage, battery coverage, priority support, and more. The new bundle also expands theft and loss protection to the iPad and Apple Watch. Previously, it was only available for the iPhone.

Subscribers have the flexibility to freely move device in and out of the plan at any time, and users can add products that are up to four years old and still in good condition. This allows users who missed the current 60-day window to purchase AppleCare+ to still protect their devices. When a customer trades in a covered product directly to Apple, it is automatically removed from the coverage and the new device takes its place.

It should be noted that the EUIPO filing isn’t a confirmation of an upcoming launch date for EU markets, but trademark registrations of this type usually foreshadowed rollouts of Apple services. The EUIPO says the trademark application has been accepted and has now been assigned to an examiner.
