Apple today released macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 as well as day-one updates for its new Studio Display and Studio Display XDR.
Mac users can download the macOS Tahoe update by using the Software Update section of System Settings.
Apple’s release notes for the update says the update adds support for Apple’s new Studio Display and Studio Display XDR. A day one firmware update is also available for the new displays, which will hit shelves on Wednesday, March 11.
The Studio Display Firmware 26.3 update is only for the new Studio Display options, and it is not available on the older model.
Studio Display firmware can be updated by connecting the display to a Mac and going to “System Settings” -> “Software Update.”
The new monitors are available for pre-order and will launch on Wednesday, March 11
